NWPCA Pallet Design System (PDS)
No pallets are sold unless designed using PDS. Customer's benefit by knowing both the prescriptive and performance specifications before the first pallet is built. PDS is constantly updated by Virginia Tech University to insure the best pallet design without costly tiral-and-error or epensive prototyping and testing.





Hardwood Pallet Parts
Dust free uniform sized hardwood pallet parts are produced by a "state of the art" Brewer circular gang saw. Notching, chamfering, corner rounding, etc., are available to enhance the pallet performance.




Pallet Assembly
A Viking Turbo-Max II capable of making up to 200 pallets per hour provides both consistent uniformity and quality. Unique chuck designs for countersinking nails insures no product damage from protruding nail heads for three/four stringer pallets up to 60 inch square.




Pallet Treatment
An automated dip-diffusion method using an EPA approved U.S. Borax Company product "TIM-BORE" provides long-term protection against insects. "PQ-8" is also used to protect hardwood pallets against fungi.
